WHAT TO EXPECT

When you first contact us, we will discuss your specific needs and goals for your project. We will then schedule a convenient time for a consultation with one of our experienced designers who will work with you to create the perfect plan for your renovation. During the consultation, we’ll discuss materials, finishes, and layout options and once the plan is finalized, we’ll provide you with a detailed estimate and schedule the installation.

Our team will then begin the renovation process, ensuring that your project is completed with the highest level of quality and attention to detail. Throughout the process, we’ll keep you informed and updated on the progress and answer any questions along the way!

At London Kitchen Studio, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and a beautiful end result that exceeds your expectations.

Initial Consultation

Let’s discuss your wish list including design priorities, storage must-haves and colour inspiration. Suggestions will be made keeping your budget in mind.

Renderings

We will take the information from the initial consultation and prepare 3D designs of each room. This stage has some back and forth as final design tweaks are made.

Quote​

We will provide a quote. Design tweaks can happen at this stage as well, to remain budget conscious.

Final Signoffs

All 3D’s, Colour Selection Sheets, and Appliance Specifications are signed off on. A final site measure will occur at this stage to ensure all dimensions are accurate, and we will mark rough-in locations for all trades.

Installation

We will provide a timeline for installation.
